EuroMini Campo 20″ Folding Bike vs. Tesla Model S: Will it fit?- Unboxing, Assembly and Review

We unbox, assemble and review the EuroMini Campo 20″ folding bike. Will two of them fit inside the back of our Tesla for use at the superchargers on long distance trips?

We give our thoughts after biking the Silver Comet Trail.

I believe I have the original of this model; has different latching systems and only 6 gears, but same frame.
Branded ‘Jumpertrek’ (Italian), although I have found little information on it online. Nice boot/trunk bike.

Thank you for the good video and I also got the bike for my Tesla MS.

David Pittman says:

This was really helpful! Couldn’t decide about purchasing this, but this pushed me over the edge! Thanks!

Lily Fountain says:

Wonderful, accurate video! Even bike afficionado’s can appreciate this nimble fun bike. This bike is great for commuting on the train. I also got a new seat but miss the snazzy stripe on the original bike.

Ax Reyes says:

Your video really got me to buy this wonderful bike over other more expensive folding bikes. Thank you! Just to add: when I received mine, I had an issue with the handlebar stem and latch system, on which I blame the shipping/delivery. The Euromini support team were great to work with and quick to send me the needed replacement parts and guidance to fix. Love the bike!

William Miller says:

I hope you choose clean republic hill topper conversion kit for your e bike upgrade they do 20″ wheels now.

The Yonderosa says:

Looks like a lot of bike for the money.

Spent all your money on the Tesla. Couldn’t afford the bromptom at 10 times the cost. Lol (I still would have bought the euro mini)

One Body Life says:

Great review. Good job. BTW, since you mentioned about the low gearing, EuroMini has another model called Urbano that has one more high gear so that you can go faster on that one. It is more expensive, but noticeably lighter than your Campo. It is about 24.5lbs.

Lisa Whitaker says:

An option for ebike coversion: http://www.ebikes.ca/product-info/brompton-kit.html. cost is high compared to the cost of the bike but pre-assembled ebikes under $1000 have some real compromises. I chose the via (it has welded steel fork blades to stand up to motor torque better) and the brompton model conversion kit.

Keep in mind the fork dropout spacing on these little bikes is 75mm and minimum dropout on the sub $300 kits on amazon are 100mm…forks can be spread but only if they are steel. Having said that, many online are hesitant to spread even steel forks 25mm and I refused so its $600 out of pocket for me. The campo model was not on my list because the steel fork is ‘pressed’ rather than welded (and some plastic in the brakes that are a straight up deal breaker – pun intended). The urbana has a steel steerer tube with aluminum fork blades (which aren’t as substantial against the motor torque).
