The Verge X10 is one of the coolest bikes Tern Bicycles makes. It’s light, fast, and very good looking. This folding bicycle is perfect for city commutes, tossing in your trunk to get in a little exercise while on the road, or even for hitting the road for a pretty serious road ride. There are other Tern folding bikes with more gears and fancier parts but the Verge X10 is a great balance of simplicity and performance. One of the best features is it’s feather weight of 21 lbs!

Specs:
The lightest bike in the Tern collection at 9.6 kg (21.2 lb)
Kinetix™ Pro X wheels with straight-pull spokes and smooth-rolling hubs
SLX 11-36T 10 speed cassette paired with a 55T chainring for a wide gear range
SRAM X9 rear derailleur and Mainstay Chain Guide for precise and reliable shifting
Lightweight Tarsus™ hydroformed fork
Folds compactly in 10 seconds for storage and transport

Would an X10 go faster than an x20? They have the same number of teeth and assuming it is the same rider, for example. Wondering if one would be faster than the other for some reason based on specs.

My only concern about this bike are finding replacement parts after long term ownership. Glad to see your doing well Peter. Take Care.
